Cornelia was very quick to come look at our home when I called her about selling it. She wasted no time taking pictures and getting the proper measurements. She was very well spoken when it came to explaining all the ins and outs of selling a home. She placed a "for sale" sign in the yard, and before she could even get the listing on the internet we had a showing. The showing was the very next day after the sign was placed in the yard. She was always available if we had questions about the process. I was completely comfortable from start to finish. I would not hesitate to work with her again if I ever decide to buy or sell another property. I will be quick to refer her to anyone I know thats looking for a real estate agent to work with. Because my time, due to my work schedule, to meet and see houses was limited to Sundays so selecting an agent basically came down to who was available on Sunday. I called three other agents that first Sunday of which the calls went to voice mail, they were closed and another one told me to call back Monday. Cornelia not only answered the phone on the Sunday I called, she changed her plans and met us at her office that day. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area. Cornelia took us to a few houses that day however we could not get in to see the one we ended up buying. We decided to come back once she had more time to schedule and research properties for us. It was again on a Sunday Cornelia met with us and showed us 4 houses and we put an offer on one of them. We are very happy with the service Cornelia provided.

The first home we saw in Springfield, TN and wanted to look at was listed by another agency. We called the name on the sign and he was not able to show us the home that day. We explained to him that we were relocating from Alabama and had to leave the next morning going back to AL. He still had other commitments and could not show the home, We had passed by Century 21 office and just called the office and spoke with Cornelia. She was at the house in 10 minutes and showed us the home. We felt like we had known her for years. Her personality was friendly and she listed to what we were looking for and actually made arrangements to show us another home that same day. Cornelia was so sweet, kind, understand and knowledgeable. She is the reason we are happy and in our new home. We would highly recommend her.
